When You Need Direction: Finding the Next Right Step

Uncertainty can make you feel frozen, especially when past choices were controlled, criticized, or used against you. It makes sense if trusting yourself feels difficult.
Direction does not always arrive as certainty. Sometimes it begins as a quiet sense of what brings more safety, truth, or peace.
A GENTLE REMINDER
You are allowed to move slowly. You are allowed to gather information. You are allowed to change your mind when you learn more.
TRY THIS NOW
Draw two columns. At the top of one, write “What drains or diminishes me.” At the top of the other, write “What helps me feel more like myself.” Notice what your own wisdom is already showing you.
YOUR NEXT GENTLE STEP
Ask only: “What is the next safe, honest, and manageable step?” It may be making a call, setting one boundary, asking a question, gathering support, or choosing not to decide today.
You do not need to see the whole garden to take the next step along the path. Your pace is allowed to be your own.
