Rooted & Rising Coaching was created from lived experience, deep personal healing, and a passion for helping women reclaim what adversity has taken from them.
I believe healing is possible after loss, burnout, and pain — and that strength can be gentle.
My role is not to tell you who to be, but to walk beside you as you reconnect with your own wisdom, faith, and strength.
